XG1210.  Plastic faceted discs on a mesh trim.  Looks like sequins!!  Measures 4cm which is approximately  1 1/2") wide with 8 rows.   It comes in black/silver, gold and silver on a 10 yard reel.  It is very popular with our carnival bands and wardrobe designers, fancy dress makers and costumiers.
