75759 Shirring Elastic.  Our shirring elastic is available in three colours, black and white  colours.   It comes on approximately 25 meter reels and there are 10 reels per pack.  250 meters in total.  Machine shirring means sewing rows of stitches, 1/2″ apart, using elastic thread in the bobbin and regular thread in the needle. The elastic evenly gathers the fabric, creating a smock effect.
