Payment, Delivery & Returns

We have a minimum order value of £20.00 + VAT.

You can pay by credit or debit card, either online or over the phone, or by BACS. No charge for any payment method. All deliveries are made by courier. This means they are trackable and insured and are usually delivered the day after dispatch.

Dispatch is normally the same day if the order is received before 2pm and all goods are in stock. If not, we will call to advise delivery time.

UK MAINLAND, WALES & THE SCOTTISH MAINLAND - Carriage free on orders over £100.00 excluding vat. Orders under £100.00 excluding vat £6.50

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS - Carriage free on orders over £150.00 excluding vat. Orders under £150.00 excluding vat £13.50 up to 30kg

NORTHERN IRELAND - Carriage free on orders over £250.00 excluding vat. Orders under £250.00 excluding vat, by Royal Mail tracked and signed, 48 - Max £12.50 and 24 - Max £14.50, for up to 20kg. Please contact us for price over 20kg

SOUTHERN IRELAND - Carriage free on orders over £200.00 excluding vat. Orders under £200.00 excluding vat £23.00 up to 30kg. This is a 2 day service.

ISLE OF WIGHT - carriage free on orders over £200.00 excluding vat. Orders under £200.00 excluding vat £7.50 up to 20kg and Royal Mail medium package dimensions, anything over this size and weight is £13.50

CHANNEL ISLANDS - Carriage free on orders over £150.00 excluding vat. Orders under £150.00 excluding vat £12.00 up to 30kg

Returns/Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with any product, or in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please return it, in the original packaging, in the same condition it was received, and within 14 days of receipt, and you will be promptly refunded. We will not be responsible for the costs of returning goods, unless the item is faulty.

Goods ordered in specifically cannot not be refunded.
