We have a minimum order value of £20.00 + VAT.

You can pay by credit or debit card, either online or over the phone, or by BACS. No charge for any payment method. All deliveries are made by courier or Royal Mail. This means they are trackable and insured and are usually delivered the day after dispatch.

UK MAINLAND, WALES & THE SCOTTISH MAINLAND - Carriage free on orders over £125.00 excluding vat. Orders under £100.00 excluding vat £4.95 Max 10 kgs

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS - Carriage free on orders over £200.00 excluding vat. Orders under £200.00 excluding vat £16.50 up to 20kg

NORTHERN IRELAND - Carriage free on orders over £200.00 excluding vat. Orders under £200.00 excluding vat, by Royal Mail tracked £12.50

SOUTHERN IRELAND - £30.00 up to 20kg. This is a 2 day service.

ISLE OF WIGHT - Carriage free on orders over £200.00 excluding vat up to 10kgs. Orders under £200.00 excluding vat £10.00 up to 20kg

CHANNEL ISLANDS - Carriage free on orders over £200.00 excluding vat up to 10kg. Orders under £200.00 excluding vat £15.00 up to 10kg

EU Countries - Up to 15kgs £30.00

Returns/Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with any product, or in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please return it, in the original packaging, in the same condition it was received, and within 14 days of receipt, and you will be promptly refunded. We will not be responsible for the costs of returning goods, unless the item is faulty.

Goods ordered in specifically cannot not be refunded.
